Exterior features completely glazed showroom and lounge plus aluminum power-wall. Completely air conditioned and using an in-floor heating system burning used oil from the service shop.

Penniac did an outstanding job! We are ecstatic about the building. Positive feedback from customers and staff about its design and ergonomics is constant. Employee moral is at an all-time high and sales are up substantially since we moved in. There have been virtually no issues regarding the design or construction since our occupation. We are even looking forward to no cost heating with our re-cycled oil-burning boiler, which has received rave reviews from our customers. We are truly a “Green” operation with the building design. The building and the guys at Penniac have far exceeded our expectations. The project has been an overwhelming success.
